I want to record this in my blog.

On 8th of March, MH370 is reported missing. That boeing 777 was on its way to Beijing, China, from KLIA, when it was 'lost' from the radar somewhere at South China Sea.

It was a tragedy.

On the 24th of March, Malaysia Prime Minister held a press conference to announce that the jet has crashed into the Indian Ocean.

It was a heart breaking and devastating news, not only for the families and relatives of the passengers on board the jet, but for the whole nation. Practically everyone is saddened with the news. Not a closure that many have or want to expect.

Between the day the jet was reported missing, and the day the PM announced on the discovery of the ill-fated jet, there were many speculations.

17 days.

Adik's jargon "Kukunaka"

Since in Brisbane, when adik aka miss t can speak, I keep track on her baby words. Words that she unable to say correctly. When she was two-year old, she had spoken a lot of words. Often we laughed at her incorrectly spoken word, not to downgrade her in sort of way, but because it sounded funny.

Kai-Yo grill served with macaroni-and-cheese and steam vege

For dinner tonight, I grilled chicken marinated with mayo, served with macaroni-n-cheese and steam vege.

Kai is Canto for chicken. Since I marinated the chicken with mayo, garlic, some sauces and other seasoning, so I named it Kai-Yo. For recipe, click here.

Chicken Pie

This recipe has been in my recipe book for many years until I finally have the guts to make it. I was not sure what had stopping me from trying the recipe, probably the fear of failing is the main reason. This recipe was given by my best pal, Hasni, back in when both of us were in Queensland, furthering our study. She gave me a series of photos with instructions on baking this chicken pie. But after so many years, I finally successfully baked it, only this time I am back in Malaysia. My family love it, and friends asked me for the recipe when I posted the photo (for our dinner) on my fb wall. This one is also easy recipe for WBTM like me.
