Masak ayam bawang penang style ke? Janji sedap

Salam,

There is a mamak's restaurant nearby, and my other half like to buy their ayam bawang for lunch. But it has been quite some time now that the restaurant has not served ayam bawang any more. So, this week I cooked ayam bawang for lunch, served with nasi minyak. 

For recipe, I refer to Che Nom and Chef Anand cooking videos. Sekarang nie senang masak dengan panduan video. Watch and learn 😃.
